🐝How can I access the "Spin the Wheel" game?

Click the "Spin  the Wheel" banner in the BEES app and login our website using your BEES account details to access our "Spin the Wheel" game. Please note you can only play the game if you have  a spin ticket.

🐝How to play? 
Once you’ve checked your total spin tickets, follow the steps on our website. Simply tap anywhere on the wheel with your finger to give it a spin! If you win a prize, be sure to save the PDF proof provided by the website. This will serve as confirmation of your win!

🐝How can I earn spins?
You can earn spins (tickets) by ordering products from the "Spin the Wheel" category through the Nestlé BEES Customer app.

🐝How can I earn even more spins? 
For your 5th order onwards, you will get 2 tickets for each Club B labeled product,. For example, if you order 3 Club B labeled products  you'll receive 6  spin tickets. 

🐝Can I earn spins by ordering through a Salesman or Nestlé Distributor calls?
Only orders placed through the BEES Customer app are eligible for spins.

🐝How can I identify the products are part of the promotion?
Look for products in the "Spin the Wheel" category that feature a Club B label stating "Buy X, Earn X Points". Choose these labeled products to earn your spins (tickets).

🐝Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product to earn spins?
The MOQ for each product is displayed in the label "Buy X, Earn X Points" and aligns with the minimum drop size.

🐝How many products are part of the promotion?
You can earn tickets or spins from 17 exciting products included in our promotion. All  with the Club B label stating "Buy X, Earn X Points.".

🐝Can I get multiple spins in one order?
Yes! If you order 3 different Club B label SKUs  in one order, you will receive 3 spin tickets (1 spin per SKU).

🐝Can I earn spins for ordering the same SKU multiple times?
You will receive one spin per unique SKU, so you’ll earn a spin only on your first order of that SKU.

🐝How can I check my total spins?
You can view your total spins by clicking the Spin the Wheel banner "Click here to check your tickets" on the Nestlé BEES Customer app homepage.

If you don’t have your account details handy, make sure to have them ready. Your total spins will be displayed next to your name in parentheses and then you are ready to play!

🐝When will I receive my prizes?
Club B Points are awarded at the end of each week. Free Nestlé products will be delivered with your next order, while smartphones and power banks will be delivered the following week.

🐝Who delivers my prizes?
Club B Points will be credited to your BEES Customer account. Free Nestlé products will arrive with your order delivery, while smartphones and power banks will be delivered by your Salesman.

🐝What should I do if I haven't received my prize?
If you haven't received your prize, you can submit a support ticket through the app, and a Care agent will assist you. You can also reach out to your Salesman for more information.
